You must attend both sessions which includes 7/19 & 7/26.
The $50 per person fee covers a portion of your homebuyer education and a one-on-one appointment. Payment for class should be received at least three (3) business days in advance or registration may be cancelled. Payment can be made on-line or by phone with debit or credit card, or by making arrangements to pay in the office. No refunds.
Limited number of unrestricted parking spots available behind building. If parking on street, parking meters must be paid till 6pm (60 cents an hour; $2 parking at ramp at 3rd and Lake Ave. -across from rear entrance of building).
